Private Chef Experience
Create a lovely dining experience in the comforts of your home or event space with a Private Chef Dinner. Perfect for any celebration, Chef Kia Denise always takes pride in using quality ingredients and plating techniques to showcase a meal around your special occasion.

Silver Package Drop-Off Catering
Our drop-off catering services are perfect for hosts looking to serve delicious food without stepping foot in the kitchen. Plan your meal with Cooking with Kia catering, and our drop-off catering crew will deliver your freshly prepared order for parties of any size. We are currently offering a variety of menus to choose from, or you can work with us to design a custom array of options that accommodates you and your guests’ dietary needs and taste buds.

Add-On Catering Services
Event Servers: The server rate is $40 per hour, a two-hour minimum. Servers are optional at all events, but most events need them, especially if the group is large. How many servers you need and for how long depends on your event. Customized estimates are also available. Please inquire for more details.

Chafing Dish Buffet Set: Entertain like a pro! This Chafing Dish Buffet Set comes with all the pans, racks, fuel, and serving utensils you need to serve your catering hot in virtually any setting. A Cooking with Kia staff member will pour hot water into the full-size steam pans, add the half pans with food, place them all on the racks, and light the ethanol gel below.

How To Book Your Experience
A 50% deposit is due to secure your date and time. The remaining balance is due 48 hours from the date of your event. Your quote will be provided once details are confirmed.

After the deposit is received, you will receive a Google Invite confirming your event details.
​
Deposits are non-refundable. If you need to cancel or reschedule your event, we need to be contacted two weeks in advance, and we will provide a 50% deposit credit for an event within the next 30 days. *Limited to Availability.
Delivery & Travel Cost
There is a $25 travel fee for all catering deliveries within the Philadelphia area. Any catering deliveries or private chef events more than 10 miles away from 19082 will incur a $3.50 per mile charge.

COVID-19 Disclaimer: All catering orders are non-refundable. If your event needs to be canceled due to Covid-19. For catering orders that cancel four weeks in advance, we will credit 50% of your deposit to your next catering order with Cooking with Kia.
